Does a Nude Food lunchbox have to be perfect? Nope! And thatβs okay. ππ
Nude Food isnβt about changing everything at once or having a perfectly waste-free lunchbox. Itβs about the small swaps we make along the way.
Maybe this week you swap the individual snack size chip packets for a larger bag and portion some into a reusable container. Next week, you might swap packaged biscuits for a batch of homemade ones. Little by little, those small swaps can become great habits.
And when we all make small changes, they can add up to a big difference for our beautiful planet. π±π
Every little swap counts! π
Thank you, St Leonardβs, for your amazing efforts so far! It has been so wonderful to see so many Nude Food choices making their way into lunchboxes each week. π
And weβre not stopping here! Next term, weβll be building on the great work weβve already started by adding an extra Nude Food day: Nude Food Tuesdays AND Thursdays! πβ»οΈ
Watch this space- there will be more information to come!

I Attempt to Solve Problems and Seek Solutions
Being resilient means having a go when things are challenging and not giving up straight away. Students will learn strategies to solve everyday problems independently, think through possible solutions and know when to ask for help if they need it. By showing resilience, we become confident learners who keep trying, even when things are difficult.
